Olympiad

Olympiad information will be sent home with your student on Friday. The Olympiad is the PTA’s second biggest fundraiser of the year and raises funds to support a wide variety of programs at Adams. I am encouraging every family to try to sell at least 30 raffle tickets at $5 a piece. Together, we can keep these programs alive at Adams school. Thank you for your support.

Nick Rail Band Camp

The Santa Barbara Education Foundation is sponsoring a Nick Rail Summer Band Camp.  This is a great camp with professional instructors that keeps children engaged in music through the summer, for only $95! All levels are welcome, ages 9-13. I have attached a flier explaining all the details. Limited scholarships are available.

SBAC Testing Begins

All of our 3-6th grade students will begin the Smarter Balanced Assessment on Monday, May 15th at 8:30am. Please make sure your child comes to school with his/her iPad fully charged, eats a protein rich breakfast and comes to school well rested. I am looking forward to getting our students results as they have been working extremely hard this year in all areas! Thank you for your support!
